The "Lift and Shred" program refers to strength training that allows all muscle groups to work very well. It consists of two sessions, thirty minutes each. By training with this program, you can strengthen your muscles, tone your body, burn fat and shape an elastic and toned body. This is what you dream of. For exercise, you will need dumbbells. You choose the weight based on your level of physical fitness. It is best to use three pairs of dumbbells - these are light, medium and heavier. If you are a beginner, then you study for two weeks on the first level, and then move on to the second. Your dumbbell weight should be small (2-3 kg). If you are more advanced, then the classes can be alternated and the weight of the dumbbells can be taken heavier. You need to train four to five times a week, but you need to do stretching or yoga once a week. This is done so that there is no stagnation in the muscles.
