Jillian Michaels: Tone & Shred

Tone and shred program was developed by three coaches - Jillian Michaels, Karena Down and Katrina Scott. A total of three workouts, each 25 minutes long. In this course, they tried to include all the most necessary exercises for all zones. During training, almost all muscle groups are included in the work. This is necessary so that you can burn more calories in a short period of time. You need to do it six times a week and do not forget about one day off. It is better to alternate workouts.
